The Ramona Humane Society (RHS) was established in 1969 and is a non profit, open-admission animal shelter, animal control agency and high quality, low-cost spay/neuter and wellness clinic. . Our goal is to eliminate animal over-population by offering free or low-cost spay and neutering services and to reduce euthanasia through public outreach programs and promoting shelter adoption of pets to loving homes.
